   Signed up for their £12 a month deal. Got an email back stating that they would need a £350 deposit which is refunded in 12 months.

   Carphone warehouse state that the deposit is needed due to the credit check.

   I get monthly status checks from equifax and i have a 100% rating. Only thing i can think of is that im self employed!!

   In the end went with 3mobile with no issues.

   Never mind ended up with a better phone.
