   I most definitely will not use expedia again.
   They are very eager to get your business and certainly appear competent and friendly to begin with.
   However once you have booked and they have your money they don’t want to know if you have a problem –a polite but ‘tough cookie’ attitude appears—and they charge exorbitant fees for cancellations which happen to anyone through changed circumstances.
