   We booked cottage in Peak district Xmas 2009, Cottage cold, wind blowing throughthe doors and windows. Complained to owner who brought another electric heater. No good as this did not stop the wind coming through. Left after one night. Complained to Hoseasons who looked into the state of cottage ha ha found nothing wrong with it. Would not give any money back. Will never use Hoseasons again. Trouble finding any holiday Cottage company not owned by Hoseasons now.
